To give fresh life or strength to; revive. To re-establish.

The more women I get to know, the more convinced I am that women were created with a depth of strength that was instilled in us to help move mountains. Life has taught many of us resilience, equipped us to overcome, and shown us the power of taking the next step forward. 

In the fullness of our lives, the joys and challenges, we often exemplify bravery and courage. Our tears represent deep empathy, love, and compassion for our families, friends, and children. Our hearts give to others, our minds search for solutions and plan for the future. Our prayers are heartfelt cries to the Lord, praising Him and presenting our deepest desires. 

Underneath our titles of momma, wife, daughter, sister, friend, boss, business owner, and coworker are incredibly special women that God created with equal parts strength, gentleness, and a tender heart. 

That’s just a glimpse of what I see from the women I encounter. 

But, in the midst of all that exudes femininity, there’s a need for rest. A desire to be revived, re-established, and renewed. A desire to be known and seen as we are. 

The heart behind Renewed is that women from all walks of life are celebrated and given an opportunity to experience true rest. This February, we’re redefining self-care. True self-care is more than mani/pedis, massages, and a trip to Target solo. Although those things are great too!

Renewed was created for women to experience the deepest kind of self-care: soul rest. 

Through this faith based healing and wellness intensive, my hope is that you experience the deepest breath, leaving behind the heavy weight you’ve been carrying. That you go home to your families refreshed. That you be fully reminded of the beauty that is you, the value that you possess, and the strength that resides inside of you.
